Here & Now
Full Lineup for Summer 2007
Summer is always a busy time for traveling and shooting
photos and this year is no exception.
I'll be kayaking, rafting, and photographing in Arizona's
Grand Canyon in late May and early June. Many of these
images will be immediately available as stock photos. Look
for an assortment of whitewater action, landscapes, and
lifestyle imagery including my signature SplashZone™ photos shot
with unique point-of-view perspectives from extremely wet
places.
Look to the sky for the latest paragliding images.
Beginning in Summer 2007, I will be regularly photographing this
amazing free-flight sport. I'm currently developing new
point-of-view techniques for shooting while in flight.
July and August I will be in the Klamath-Siskiyou
Bioregion of Southern Oregon and Northern California and
currently have availability for photos shoots in this scenically
diverse and spectacular area.
Being There - Alsek Lake, Alaska

Alsek Lake lies in the far remote northern corner of
Alaska's Glacier Bay National Park. Accessible only by river,
the lake holds some of the finest freshwater icebergs in the
world.
I captured this image a few days after the summer
solstice as a rainbow beamed in the sky above the lake's
electric blue icebergs and the rugged Deception Hills. This
image and others from the Alsek & Tatshenshini Rivers are now available as
stock
photos and
fine art prints.

Travel Oregon Magazine - Fall/Winter 2006
Folks
planning a trip to Oregon receive a
free copy of Travel Oregon Magazine featuring my cover
photo of a fly fisherman on the Wild & Scenic Rogue River.
To get a unique perspective, I put on a Gore Tex drysuit, walked
into cold, chest deep water and positioned my camera in front of
the fisherman. Additional shots from this shoot
appear inside.
Download a PDF of the cover. Look for more of my work
in the Spring/Summer and Fall/Winter 2007 issues of Travel Oregon.

Website & Photos Get Rave Review
The
Scott Harding Photo website is profiled in the June 2007 issue
of Shutterbug Magazine (p.18). Reviewer Joe Farace
dove into the site and found the site not only functional and
easy to navigate but full of tantalizing images. Joe's
favorite? My collection of images from Burning Man which
he describes as "some of the best -- maybe the best --
photographs that I've ever seen of this event. Here
Harding demonstrates a great sense of image dynamics with strong
compositions applied equally to daytime and nightime shots."
